Duval County Implements New Statewide Uniform Voter Registration Form

Duval County Supervisor of Elections Jerry Holland announces that our office is now using the new statewide voter registration form ahead of the mandated April 24th deadline.

Our office will only provide the new voter registration application but will still accept the old applications from voters. The new uniform voter registration form is available in English and Spanish.

The new state Spanish voter registration form contains a change to the original Spanish form. The language was changed to mirror the abbreviated language more closely in the English version.

Eligible voters in Duval County can go to duvalelections.gov to see the new statewide voter registration forms, along with the new statewide vote-by-mail request forms implemented on April 17th. All the new state forms are available on our website.

The new voter registration application forms will also be available at all public library locations in Jacksonville.

If you have any questions, please visit Duvalelections.gov or call 904-255-VOTE (8683).
