Public Logic and Accuracy Test Scheduled for Friday, October 14, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. at Election Center

JACKSONVILLE – Duval County Supervisor of Elections, Mike Hogan, announced the time and date for a Logic and Accuracy Test preceding the November 8, 2022 General Election. The Logic and Accuracy Test, mandated by Florida statute, will take place Friday, October 14, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. inside the Election Center at One Imeson Park Boulevard, Jacksonville, Florida, 32218.

For the test, election staff members will display voting tabulators in operation for the Election Canvassing Board, members of the press, and the public. This test determines if the machines are working properly and counting votes accurately.

The voting tabulators are chosen at random, corresponding to each Jacksonville City Council District and one Early Voting Site. We will also test 4 high speed central count tabulators. A total of nineteen machines will be tested.

The Logic and Accuracy Test is predicted to take approximately 90 minutes.

The public is invited.
