Schedule of Public Meetings of the Duval County Canvassing Board Now Available

JACKSONVILLE – Duval County Supervisor of Elections Jerry Holland wants to announce that the Canvassing Board for the November 5, 2024, General Election will begin to meet on Thursday, October 10, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. for the Public Logic & Accuracy Test. The Public Logic and Accuracy Test will take place at our Election Center located at 1 Imeson Park Blvd.

See the attached information sheet for the complete tentative schedule of when the Canvassing Board will meet for the November 5, 2024, General Election. The Canvassing Board Schedule can also be found on our website. Any changes to dates and/or times will be done with public notice of 48 hours.

The County Canvassing Board is made up of the Supervisor of Elections, a county court judge (who acts as chair), and a city council member. Two alternate members (a county court judge and a city council member) are also appointed. The County Canvassing Board meets at the Supervisor of Elections office to publicly canvass the electors' vote-by-mail ballots and provisional ballots.
