JACKSONVILLE – Duval County Supervisor of Elections, Mike Hogan, wants all eligible voters to know that our office will be mailing 85,471 Stateside Civilian Vote-By-Mail ballots out to Vote-By-Mail voters this Thursday, January 13, 2022.
