Duval County Supervisor of Elections, Jerry Holland encourages voters to check their mailboxes for their sample ballots for the November 4 General Election.

Sample ballots are provided to inform voters of the candidates and amendments on the November 4 General Election Ballot.
Sample ballots notify voters of:
their polling location and precinct number
explains their rights and responsibilities
and list the nine acceptable forms of identification to take to the polls.
Sample ballots also inform voters of the three ways they may vote: by mail, early voting or on Election Day. Voters are encouraged to bring their Sample Ballots with them to their precinct.

Sample Ballots are being mailed out one per household to reduce overall election cost. By law voters may now have their sample ballots emailed to them by completing a Voter Register Application and providing their email address to the Supervisor of Elections office. Voters who complete an application will be sent a link to Duvalelections.com and instructions on how to view their sample ballot.

Please visit the Supervisor of Elections website www.Duvalelections.com or contact the office at (904) 630-1414 for more information about the upcoming November 4 General Election.
