Neptune Beach City Council Seat 4 Down to a Game of Chance

Duval County, Supervisor of Elections Jerry Holland announces the two candidates running for Neptune Beach City Council Seat 4 will participate in a “Game of Chance” this Saturday morning at 7:30 a.m. at the Election Center, 1 Imeson Park Blvd. Building 100.
 
Following the recount concluded on Friday, November 7, 2014 the two candidates Richard Arthur and Rory Diamond are tied for the Neptune Beach City Council Seat 4. The candidates will participate in a “Game of Chance” since no military Vote by Mail ballots were returned to the Elections Office with the 10 day extension according to F.S.101.6952.  The candidate who wins the “Game of Chance” is the Neptune Beach City Council Seat 4 representative.
 
Official elections results for the November 4th General Election will be signed by the canvassing board and sent to the Division of Elections concluding the winner of the Neptune Beach City Council Seat 4 race.
