Duval County – Supervisor of Elections office announced 31,328 voters have cast an early vote on the twelfth day of Early Voting for the August 30, Primary Election.
35,279 Vote by Mail Ballots envelopes have been returned. The total number of cast ballots for Early Voting and Vote by Mail Ballots is 66,607 which is 11.77 %.
