Staff verification of voter certificates and ballot materials. (F.S. 101.573, 101.68) Access to Ballot Materials - Those qualified to receive access to ballot materials pursuant to 101.572(2) F.S. may request an appointment during the designated Public Inspection period by email to Chief Elections Officer Robert Phillips (phillips@duvalelections.gov). Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance and must include specific materials to which requestor would like access.
