Kids' Links

I am Jerry Holland and I am the Supervisor of Elections for Duval County. Some of you may have met me when I visited your school or when you took a tour of our office. I have been a teacher and a coach so I really enjoy visiting schools and telling students about elections and how we vote in America! But I cannot visit all of the schools I am invited to, so I thought I could share some of the information about elections when you visit me on our web page.

You can read about the History of Elections and Voting! We have a special section just for you that tells what we do to help people vote. We also have great facts and fun Kids' Links to other web sites on voting, elections and government that you might like. Also, you and your teacher can send me an e-mail or call me at (904) 630-1414 to ask questions or give me your ideas. I look forward to hearing from you.

We are excited about this new page and hope you like it, too.
