Forrest High School Election

On Tuesday, October 9, 2012, Forrest High School, with the help of the Supervisor of Elections office, held their student government and class officers election. The entire student body with the exception of ninth graders participated in the election. It was setup just as a primary election on Tuesday in which students had to show picture I.D. and sign their names to vote. Each student that cast their vote recieved an I Voted sticker. The election was a success and taught students what to expect when they become adults and begin voting. Forrest High School thanks the Supervisor of Elections Office and wants to especially thank Mr. William Frame and the staff at the Gateway office for their work in making it a successful day.
